Walking the Hills of California
One of the great things about California is spring time. You can see our California poppies dotting the hillside and the slouching oak trees quiver in the background. Then there is the grass, bright, green, and alive. It is absolutely marvelous hiking up the hills.
With Penelope, it was extra fun. My siblings and I raced across the hills and I was stuck with Penelope. Not that it mattered, of course. It was a beautiful day.
